We are looking for a talented Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, precision, and top-tier product quality.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Factory Manager will take charge of day-to-day factory operations, manage staff, and streamline production processes to meet company objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement to maintain high product standards, ensure safe operations, and meet deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Production: Manage all aspects of production, from scheduling to quality control.
Lead Teams: Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing production team.
Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement lean manufacturing practices to increase productivity.
Ensure Quality: Maintain Sing Core’s strict quality standards for all products.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and create a safe working environment.
Manage Budgets: Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory.
Report Performance: Track key performance indicators and report on operational progress.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production management, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
