The role of the Design Center Assistant is to work under the supervision of company President, and alongside other team members to achieve an accelerated level of customer service which invokes a leisurely adventure for our diverse client base.

Ability to:

 Perform receptionist duties [MUST HAVE: Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suites & Familiarity with QB]

 Produce accurate sales estimates, quotes and take-offs; Calculate specifications and cost of materials.

 Maintain showroom cleanliness which observes new COVID guidelines

 Maintain trusting relationships with clients, vendors and colleagues

 Conduct accurate, professional and efficient customer service.

 High level of customer care and responsiveness.

 Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally; Deadline and detail-oriented.

 Conduct and maintain the business social media presence.

 Organize showroom and assist in ways that optimize procedures

Requirements:

 Must have reliable transportation.

 Possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record.

 Present a clean, professional appearance and be well-groomed, appropriate to the position.

 Punctual and consistent attendance.

 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees.

 Safety attire, equipment and practices appropriate to the position.

Skill in:

 Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.

 Strong computer skills; familiarity with Quickbooks.

 Greeting customers promptly.

 Answering telephone courteously.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization.
