Travel Experience Lodging, a locally-owned and family-operated short-term rental (STR) business, is seeking a part-time secretary to join our team. In this role, you'll wear many hats, providing essential administrative support and contributing directly to our success.
Here's what you'll do:
Provide exceptional phone and email customer service to our guests
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff and rentals
Prepare documents and reports
Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for guest information and operations
Take initiative to identify areas for improvement in our STR processes and develop solutions
We're looking for someone who:
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is a detail-oriented self-starter with a can-do attitude
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and possibly Canva
Has a flexible schedule and can work 10- 20 hours per week depending on your talent stack or desire to expand -we can work with your schedule and you can work from home for part of your hours
