You will work with our CEO as we contract with inns, resorts and vacation rental owners who want our comprehensive lodging management leadership services. We provide training, mentoring, support staff and backup.
We are an established, well financed, cordial working environment with fellow staff members you will enjoy. The position is open immediately.
The job is to search for and initiate contact with prospects, respond to company generated leads, communicate in person, by phone, or email and follow-up, visit homes and meet with property owners.
You ensure questions are responded to in a timely manner, moving the sales process forward and building the basis for long and satisfying customer relationships. This involves client interaction, database management, and coordinating activities of staff.
You earn high enrollment commissions and recurring income too. Build up a large business just as successful real estate agents do. (A real estate license is NOT required to manage vacation Rentals.) Best of all, you still get to live in a wonderful areas and we provide services to Inns, Resorts and Recreational Communities where lodging is plentiful
For this sales job you must be friendly, articulate, well groomed, well dressed, professional and persuasive to help clients enroll to receive our unique and responsive lodging management services. You become their primary contact.
The job pays high commissions and you can have an exclusive territory. There is no base salary because you won't need it. We provide all the support services, marketing, advertising, accounting, reservations, websites, HDR Photos and videos

We are seeking a professional who lives within easy commuting distance.
You will home-office but be in constant contact with our support experts and spend a good deal of your time out and meeting with clients and staff.
