MORNING PREP KITCHEN STAFF:

EVENING/NIGHT TIME CLEANER:

All hires will be trained in the bussing/dishing position regardless of position you were hired for and may be expected to work that position when needed.
Our goal is to hire and/or train all new employees in bussing and dishing with the hope to continue training and development in other areas/roles of the restaurant. If you would like to be considered for a host, serving, or bartending position, please be prepared to go through training listed above. All hosts/servers/bartenders and most current Birch managers were all hired as bussers/dishers.
