The Engineering Division at the City of Moscow is part of the Community Development Department. Community Development is responsible for current and long-range planning services, the administration of construction permitting and inspection within the City of Moscow, and the management of various special projects. The Engineering Division oversees the quality control and administration of Community Development construction projects and maintains an archive of plans, specifications, maps, and other pertinent records.
