Looking for a part time/flexible hours worker for our 21 year old with Autism and IDD with some behavior challenges. This will be mainly in home care with paid training and support. This is a challenging job at times and preference will be given to a person either trained in the field or that has had experience working with special needs populations, or worked with mental health disabilities with challenging and sometimes aggressive behaviors.
