Below is a list of departments with current full-time openings:
Acute Rehab Unit (ARU): - Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 w/ 2-year commitment.
Float Pool - Sign-on Bonus: $7,500 w/ 1-year commitment or $15,000 w/ 2-year commitment.
Med/Surg - Sign-on Bonus: $7,500 w/ 1-year commitment or $15,000 w/ 2-year commitment.
Clinic RN - Cardiology & Primary Careon a lower pay scale than acute care RN
Salary Range: $66,680 to $112,095 plus sign-on bonus & Relocation Assistance.
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE: Amount is negotiable based on relocation distance & comes with a 2-year work requirement (paid out within 30-days of submission of receipts). If someone received both sign-on & relocation assistance, total commitment would be for 2 yrs.
WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS
shift & schedule are determined by the department applying to
SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS
Evening Shift (3pm – 11:30pm) = 8%
Night Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am) = 11%
No Weekend Differential
Paid based on majority of hours worked
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree in nursing
Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho
Registered & licensed to practice in the State of Idaho
