Property Management Company looking for someone with general electrical, plumbing and remodeling experience to work through the summer.
This position is 9-5 M-F and possible overtime. We manage several complexes, rental houses, and duplexes in Moscow for a total units of just over 150. The successful candidate would be able to replace faulty GFCI outlets, snake drains, lay flooring, repair walls, paint and other similar tasks.
