The Hope at Work Program is more than a job. Participants in the Hope at Work program are employed full-time in the thrift store and participate in each aspect of the program including: case management, on-site recovery hour, support coach/mentor meetings, and workforce training. The Hope at Work program regularly works with individuals experiencing struggles such as:
Getting back into the workforce after a long break
No work experience
Gaining stability in life
Suffering from depression and anxiety
Live in transitional housing
Criminal background or are on probation
Suffering from addiction issues – 90 days of sobriety is required before entering the program
