What you Bring:
-General knowledge of painting
-Minor appliance skills
-Drywall patching knowledge
-Minor plumbing repair (change garbage disposals, replace faucets etc.)
- Handle Service Calls within a timely manner
- Respond to after-hours emergencies if required.
