Worship/Music Ministry Help
Palouse Federated Church is an interdenominational community church in Palouse, WA. Our community
values worship, spiritual growth, service and witness.
We are looking for a person who is called to be a part of a small town/rural community church seeking
to develop its worship and music ministry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Christian faith background and a desire to help lead the local church in worship of God.
Candidates who apply should have solid personal integrity.
- Good communication skills
- Piano/keyboard (other instruments a plus!)
- Ability to develop a youth worship band (instruments and vocals)
Responsibilities are to include:
- Playing piano at least once a month on Sunday mornings in Palouse
- Developing a youth worship band to eventually have a weekly Wednesday night worship service.
- Playing piano at least once a month on Sunday afternoons in Pullman
Pay:
- Expected pay of $22-30 per hour depending on experience.
- Schedule will be to be negotiated with the employee.
- Hours will likely be 5-10 per week to start.
- We would like the employee to be an integrated member of the church community and be
present in worship and church life.
- The position could increase over time, depending on the needs of the ministry and the abilities
of the candidate.
