Sporting Goods Sales Associate, Part Time, Moscow
The Sporting goods department sales associate needs to be well-versed in camping, fishing and gun department knowledge, ensuring compliance of all ATF regulations. They need to be highly knowledgeable in sporting goods products and be a resource for customers and fellow employees. The sales associate will not only be required to wait on customers but to also put out merchandise from back stock and freight from receiving, keeping the department full and tidy.
Skills Summary:
Enjoy connecting with people and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Demonstrate knowledge of department products and services.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, store staff
Ability to handle physical requirements to accomplish daily responsibilities
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the willingness to get the job at hand done
Open to engaging with different associates, customers, and managers
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures
Ability to meet or exceed sales and customer service standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening and weekend availability
Adhere to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures

Ensure sales floor readiness for customers to include restocking and assistance with new product arrivals to prepare for sale as needed
