Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Minimum Requirements:
Masters Degree or higher in Engineering;
Ten (10) years of experience as a Software Engineer required;
Experience in developing software using wireless technologies like Wirepas, Bluetooth, Zigbee, 2G/3G modem or WiFi;
Experience in device drivers, real-time software framework design, firmware, bare metal software;
Expertise with crash analytics tools;
Extensive skills in team mentoring/supervising software engineers, project planning and execution, appraisal reviews, and hiring potential talents;
Experience in architect and product design from scratch in embedded products;
Strong experience in developing drivers for I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, and I2S; and
Must know C, C, and assembly language, Python, and Practice (.cmm).
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing, designing, debugging, and modifying of firmware;
Researching, designing, and developing digital sensors, wireless sensor nodes, and communication systems used in environmental and commercial agricultural software across the globe;
Setting operational specifications and formulating and analyzing software requirements. -Contributing to and maintaining design and user documentation; testing and validating embedded systems;
Collaborating and communicating with co-workers, internal-development partners, and external-development partners regarding product design goals, firmware-design status, project progress, and issue resolution; and
Supervise the work of at least one (1) subordinate.
Rate of Pay: $110,885.00 per year. (The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.)
