Main Duties Include: Transplanting, hand weeding, mulching, prepping fields, harvesting plants, mowing, weedwhacking
Other duties: Processing harvests, packaging farm products, filling orders, maintain tools & workspace
Requirements: Looking for someone who is honest, efficient and reliable with a good attitude that pays attention to detail. This is a very physical job that is great for someone who enjoys being outside in nature and is self-motivated. You must be organized and enjoy physical fast paced repetitive work. Work is mostly outdoors, in all types of weather. Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
Schedule is flexible on weekdays so you can work around other commitments, 20-30 hours most weeks. Possibility of continuing work year-round for the right candidate, otherwise summer applicants welcome.
Reliable transportation and cell phone required. Pay $16+ starting, depending on experience. No experience necessary.
