Full Job Description:
We are looking for multiple positions to fill out in our Pullman Shop and Spokane Valley Shop locations. We are a Property Maintenance/GC company in IDAHO & WASHINGTON. We do Commercial & Residential Remodeling, Maintenance and Cleaning. We are hiring in the Moscow/Pullman & Spokane/CDA areas. We are looking for people that can perform simple maintenance repairs (e.g. garbage disposals, exhaust fans, light fixtures), painting, drywall repairs, LVP, and many other remodeling duties.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transporation
Pass Background Check
High school or equivalent
Must have cell service w/data with GPS and camera
Needs to be able to follow detailed instructions written/verbal
Maintenance – will need personal tools such as hammer, measuring tape, voltmeter, etc. (we provide large equipment when needed –such as table saws, compressors, etc.).
Cleaning – We provide all supplies to complete the job
Responsibilities which can vary, per person’s skill level.
Cleaning (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, toilets, ovens, etc.)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Able to work alone or as a team
Follow all health and safety regulations per WA & ID State
Cleaning experience preferred but not necessary (we will train the right person).
Ability to carry 50lbs
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Day shift
Monday to Friday – Some weekends and on call as needed.
