Job Description: Business/Systems Analyst 2Duration: 6 – 18 MonthsPay Range: $35/hr. - $42/hr.Location: RemoteWe are seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst 2 to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and possess a strong background in QA tracking, Azure DevOps (ADO), and systems analysis for global processes or tools. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback management and effective tracking through product versions. You will also create test scenarios for existing services and support the business from the US.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain QA tracking systems.

Act as an ADO Scrum Master, ensuring all feedback is responded to promptly and managed through Azure DevOps.

Create and document detailed test scenarios for existing services.

Manage source control, work items, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Provide process documentation and solution envisioning frameworks for system designs, workflows, and development processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, maintainable systems using APIs, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in QA analysis for global systems, processes, or tools.

Expertise in Azure DevOps for managing work items, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Strong process documentation skills, with expertise in tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Microsoft Word.

Experience with systems architecture, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructures, particularly Azure and Dynamics.

Proven ability to create SOPs, technical specs, and user guides.

Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB Foundation Level or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) certification.

Familiarity with Power BI report development.

Experience with tools like Jira or Trello.
