Teufel Landscape is expanding its commercial landscape construction team and is looking for a skilled Carpenter with a strong background in outdoor carpentry. In this role, you will work on a variety of outdoor projects, helping us meet our growing demand for custom carpentry.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success.
Self-perform a variety of carpentry tasks on commercial projects.
Identify potential challenges and proactively seek guidance when needed.
Address general project inquiries and direct financial or detailed questions to the Project Manager.
Safely unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Properly use carpentry tools and techniques, ensuring safe and effective work.
Build dust and debris containment barriers to maintain a clean work environment.
Perform carpentry tasks such as cladding, patio construction, benches, and wood pedestal installations.
Safely move materials using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of professional carpentry experience (outdoor experience preferred).
Valid Driver’s License.
Strong sense of urgency, professional attitude, and excellent work ethic.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift over 50 lbs frequently.
Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
Compensation
Pay starting from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
