Job Description

One of largest technology clients (headquartered in Redmond, WA) is seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 - Data Entry Specialist to join their team.

This role is designed to support our team with administrative tasks, particularly in the context of managing operations related to moving buildings and changing scope.

The ideal candidate will handle new hire processes, track inventory, and perform various tasks. T

his position provides opportunities for growth and networking within a fast-paced and evolving team.

Hard Skills

Minimum 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)

Minimum 2+ years experience with written and verbal communication (includes composing and responding to emails)

Minimum 1 year experience with data management (performing data entry, retrieving data, updating records and/or spreadsheets)

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Willingness to learn and be coachable

This is a FULLY ON-SITE position in Redmond, Washington.
