You will work closely with the Audio, Cinematic, Design, and Franchise teams to help create quality voice over experiences for our games. You will be responsible for the full voice over production pipeline and will set quality standards. Work directly with internal audio team, franchise, writersand cinematics directorsto bring voice over into Halo games
Manage Voice over pipeline and quality of voices in Halo games
Edit and Implement voice over into Wwise and VO database
Manage outsourcing companies for voice over production
QualificationsRequired qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree OR Trade School Diploma in Sound Design, Interactive Design and Development, Communications Design, Human Computer Interaction, Multimedia Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience in audio or sound designo OR equivalent experience.
Experience working with recording studios and actorsfor games
Experience working in game voice over databases and managing pipelines and workflows
Other Requirements :
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements is required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Experience with Audio Kinetic’sWwise (middleware)
Ability to be self-motivated, quick learner, able to investigate issues and find answers independently
Leadership experience and collaborative team player who values contributing to others success
Audio Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
