  • Administrate, Monitor, Customize, Install and Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365, 2016
  • Implement software and hardware components for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical Microsoft Dynamics CRM issues
  • Advice System Admin/End-users with customization, Security roles, Solutions, Web resources, Workflows, BFP, ribbon customizations etc
  • Invoice in CRM data Migration (Import Wizard, Dynamics to CRM adapter and Scribe)
  • Understand the client requirements and providing solutions accordingly.
  • Power Platform knowledge on Azure and development skills
  • Experience in Develop, customize, and continually manage all aspects of the MS CRM application
  • Experience with CRM Cloud
  • Experience in Disaster Recovery testing and documentation
