IT Support Technician

Description Robert Half Technology is seeking an IT Support Technician for a client in the audiovisual design industry. This role is responsible for imaging PCs using Intune, supporting Office 365 applications, and managing tickets for common issues like password resets, user account management, and other general technical inquiries. Duration: Contract through the end of 2024 – with possibility of extension or conversion Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-5pm) Location: Redmond, Washington (100% onsite)Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshooting basic IT issues related to desktop systems, applications, and networking.

Manage and resolve tickets through a ticketing system.

Assist with imaging and deploying PCs using Intune.

Support end-users with Office 365 issues, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and more.

Perform user account creation, password resets, and other Active Directory tasks.

Walk users through setting up their devices, including phones and configuring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Utilize remote access tools to assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Provide excellent communication with team members and end-users to ensure timely support.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Windows OS (MacOS familiarity is a plus).

Experience with Active Directory for user account management.

Basic networking knowledge.

Experience using remote access tools and ticketing systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Experience with Intune for device management or similar software.

Familiarity with Anti-Virus solutions

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical users.

Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
