Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionThe Material Handler is responsible for managing shipping and receiving for both domestic and international shipments. This role involves processing shipments and material transactions in the ERP system, organizing and maintaining inventory, and communicating with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders. The Material Handler will also coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery, and perform additional duties as needed to support and maintain customer orders.Responsibilities

Manage shipping and receiving for domestic and international shipments.

Process shipments and material transactions in the ERP system.

Organize and maintain inventory and partially finished materials.

Communicate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders.

Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery.

Perform additional Material Handler duties as needed to support and maintain customer orders.

Essential Skills

Material handling experience.

Experience with shipping and receiving.

Proficiency in using shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, USPS, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a regulated industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Medical device warehouse experience as the most recent job is preferred.

Experience receiving international and domestic shipments is preferred.
