We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineering Manager with security mindset in distributed systems, identity and access management who can design and deliver large scale framework to enforce security policies and build tools to evict attackers. Some of the core responsibilities include:
Build and run security systems, data platforms that provide visibility into services security boundaries.
Collaborate across multiple services, organizations in Microsoft Security, Azure, and M365 to ensure services adhere to known security boundaries with deployed policies and automation.
Accountable for building tools, libraries, and infrastructure to evict attackers from the core security services.
Lead the definition of requirements, KPIs, priorities and planning of engineering deliverables for the team.
Mentor and grow the energetic, diverse, and driven team with a good mix of senior, mid-level, other talent.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years people management experience in an engineering team.
1+ year experience in cyber security and/or 1+ year of Identity and Access Management experience, especially authentication/authorization systems similar to Entra.

Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
