Program Manager needed for Contract Opportunity with Randstad Technologies client in Redmond, WA.



  • Work directly with business to drive a program from initiation through delivery.
  • Provide daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges.
  • Support business owners to drive a large program and multiple projects.
  • Work closely with program/process owners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy.
  • Manage large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.
  • Lead large, cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.
  • Engage with executive leadership as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.




Skills:



  • The ideal candidate will have excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to understand concepts and situations while driving tactical activities and improvements.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to all levels (including Executive level), strong project management skills, and demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs.
  • Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; with an ability to quickly switch context based on the specific project needs.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management, combined with quick learning and adjustment to a variety of contexts are key characteristics for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams).
  • Knowledge/background in IT-services and support industry , with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/sales processes preferred.

responsibilities:

Work with teams and worldwide area contacts on deal opportunities and track and report status for a central audience, coordinate program updates and build PM deliverables for Specialty Cloud Support offerings (messaging, timelines, workback schedules, action item tracker), collaborate with key delivery stakeholders on offering changes, present and aggregate insights and help message program status
