Running the product area, including short term and long-term planning, releases and partner integration.

Owning collaborations within identity team as well as Product teams across the company to define and align on clear requirements and deliverables. This includes all our first party services.

Direct interaction with our select top customers as we solve their end to end needs around securing access to corporate resources and data.

Working with creative, engineering and science peers to develop specifications, multi semester implementation plans and schedules.

Developing plans and lead production of prototypes into high quality product releases.

Defining, tracking and reporting out progress against key deliverables to executive team and peers.

Working with our analytics and experimentation team to provide premier data driven insights.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

OR equivalent experience.

A real passion for technology and customer-led design and preferably have been a product developer working on mobile platformsat some time in your career.

You can distill technical aspects into clear business case/outcomes to folks of varying technical focus and competency.

Have executive maturity both internally and externally and the ability to deliver executive briefings to customers, strategic partners and analysts.

A good understanding of performing market analysis, competitive tear-downs and customer research to validate project priorities and direction.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
