Our goal is for the Mojang Studios team to be as diverse as our community.The Franchise Account Team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager for Minecraft’s Account experiences. This team defines Minecraft’s Sign-in and Sign-up Experiences, creates value in the account through delightful and consistent experiences across touchpoints and ensures the health of identity services. You will lead product vision definition, roadmap development and drive execution for Minecraft’s Account experiences and build experiences that engage players both inside and outside the game. You will work with design, development, marketing and analytics teams to define, design, develop and measure the impact of the experience and services on our players.In the end, it’s the people of Mojang Studios that make this place truly special. Leading product vision, feature definition, design development and execution of roadmap.

Deeply understand player needs and pain points through research, understand its impact on business and reputation and actively seek to address them.

Actively communicate plans and partner across the studio to seek input and refine plans.

Continually experiment to effectively communicate value of account and build stickiness and delight with account.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

OR equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

OR equivalent experience.

6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

1+year(s) in identity or account experiences.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
