Key deliverables will be to manage content creation, develop a HUB for all Xbox programming, drive the global strategy, messaging and GTM execution for all Xbox programming. Including:
Make data-driven decisions and drive growth with business intelligence across social media channels such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram and the Xbox console to track the effectiveness of our marketing.
Attend key gaming events such as E3, Gamescom, PAX, GDC, San Diego Comic-Con, and others for industry insight.
Work alongside the community, utilizing feedback to prioritize programming and further develop the HUB.
Attract new-to-Xbox (NTX) audiences through programming and promotions.
Execute content acquisition and retention programs to reach business KPIs.
Own the post-mortem strategy for the team, utilizing key learning to optimize content GTM plans moving forward.
Conduct alignment meetings with Advertising for monetization KPI’s.
Conduct alignment meetings with global content teams.
Support Social Media and PR teams to align on Content & Messaging.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience driving high-impact business and marketing decisions focused on video content and the gaming industry.
Exceptional ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, establish high-trust partnerships, and influence a broad set of stakeholders.
Demonstrated team leadership experience.
A cultural role model with an ability to inspire others.
MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
