Act in a leadership role when managing special projects assigned by the Training Manager. Other duties include providing support to outage in-processing, self-assessments and consultant visits. Compose and may initiate routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, and minutes. Resolve routine and some complex inquiries. May prepare and administer budgets; lead meetings; and provide training.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESAct as contact person for the Training Department and provide assistance as needed. Schedule meetings for the Training Manager and his directs, as needed.Support visits from outside agencies (INPO, NCR, WesTrain/USA, WANO) and other US Plants in assisting in arranging schedules, interfacing with agencies’ staffs and badging/ in-processing. Coordination and support of visitors, INPO, consultants and vendors.Schedule TRB/ TAG meetings and record/ distribute meeting minutes and actions.Training Records Coordinator – Control complemented records documents and submit records with submittal paper work to Records.Provide administrative support on self-assessments, ASER preparation, Accreditation Team Visits, Accreditation Boards, WesTrain, etc.Act directly or in a support role in the following areas: Payroll, Time & Labor/ABM, budget, salary actions, observations and evaluations, Plateau (schedule personnel and classes), website (update weekly reports), performance plans, Leadership Awards, presentations for special meetings, Fitness for Duty (FFD) contact, safety (monthly meetings), Kootenai Building repairs/maintenance, department manuals, support and fill in as needed for the executive assistants (VPNG, and phone coverage for CEO office).Coordinate, process, and reconcile: Travel for staff, expense reports, monthly credit-cards, On-the-Spot Recognition cards (representative), work requests, material requests.Collateral duties:ERO – Fulfill assigned ERO responsibility. This includes associated training and drills.Outage – In-processing support for incoming supplemental outage personnel.Market and support - United Way, March of Dimes, Employee Association and other company promotions and events.REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCERequires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of progressive administrative/technical experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making authority.This position is open until filled.Pay Range$28.48 - $42.72 HourlyMidpoint:$35.60Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.Incentive CompensationThis role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
