As a key member of the Collaboration Services delivery team, evaluate and work with our customers to build process automation to enhance user experiences or replace paper process.

Support Microsoft product retirement plan by assisting with data migration andor work with customers to migrate to new features.

Monitor Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence and create automation solutions to mitigate non-compliance alerts.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & SkillsRequired

Working toward a bachelor’s degree with a focus in software development or information management / Information science

Strong communication skills to explain technical features and solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Understand customer needs and translate those needs into business solutions (technical and business process)

Keen attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and deliver results

Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment

Highly collaborative with the ability to lead through influence

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship

Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum age of 18.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

Experience working with digital technology or experiences

1+ years of relevant professional work

Experience in agile software development
