We are currently searching for an entry level new team member who is organized, great in time management, has attention to detail, is resourceful, and a quick learner. This position will start as part-time (20 hrs a week) and could potentially turn into full-time depending on their ability to learn quickly. There is also a potential of working remotely 40% of the time.
The ideal team member must possess the following skills:
- Understands the difference between copay, deductible and co-insurance
- Basic knowledge of insurance billing (CPT and diagnosis codes)
- Has compassion when dealing with patients billing
- Excellent computer skills
- Good phone ethics
After 90 days, like our current employees this new team member will be eligible for:
- sick and vacation pay
- personal pay for their birthdays and extra day
- holiday pay
- rate increases after 90 days, once or twice every year thereafter
- paid company get together (summer and holiday parties)
Unfortunately, we do not offer other benefits just yet. But we are currently looking into it for 2025.
