All Around Fence Company is hiring a fencing estimator!
We are looking for a dependable, career minded individual, who is willing to learn how to measure fencing projects for customers and then prepare the proposals with the ability to sell them! Experience in the fencing field is required. Must have great attendance and customer service skills. Reliable transportation is a must.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE no exceptions
Basic Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to read prints.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in working with both customers and co-workers.
Desire to complete QUALITY work in a safe and timely manner.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as agreements, safety rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to
write routine correspondence and reports. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or
employees.
Time management.
Self-motivated.
Basic Job Duties
Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth from scheduled appointments.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and provide them with product options,
ensuring client satisfaction.
Walking job line with customer to ensure questions and concerns are adequately addressed.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients by managing day-to-day client communications and
relationships.
Go into the field to do emergency and/or small repairs on all fencing jobs if needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm
