As part of our dedicated team, you'll lead technical activities, ensure project accuracy, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive results.
What You’ll Do:
Develop project specifications, create detailed take-off sheets, and manage resource planning.
Collaborate with project staff to develop cost estimates, monitor contracts, and ensure strict compliance with all terms and conditions.
Lead daily interactions with clients to understand their needs and represent their interests in the field.
Direct daily tasks of field staff.
Utilize your construction safety expertise to educate team members and ensure safety in the field.
Oversee project quality control, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and team performance meet high standards.
Analyze and recommend materials, equipment, and practices to optimize efficiency and project outcomes.
Manage vendor and subcontractor bids and supervise construction personnel.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in project management or engineering, including 3+ years leading design teams.
Strong expertise with AutoCAD, project budgeting, and cost management.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
Ability to read and understand complex construction blueprints and documents.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
