Kforce's Seattle healthcare client is looking to add a contract-to-hire Data Analyst to their IT team.
The full time salary range is: $110K to $115K. The ideal candidate could start mid-December. Candidates must be willing to work PST hours for any of these states: Oregon, Florida, Texas, Idaho, Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Nevada, Colorado. Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, North Carolina, Nebraska, New York, Tennessee, Virginia, Wyoming.
(50 to 75%): Reading and writing SQL to pull data, and create queries on specific HEDIS measures, etc.
(50 to 25%): Critically analyzing the data, creating a way to present findings and present to the Quality Dept and other IS&T team members (no formal presentation needed, just Excel/Word is fine)
3+ years of day-to-day SQL experience to pull data, create queries
3+ years of experience analyzing data to understand and suggest corrections, specific to HEDIS measures
Healthcare experience (knowledge of claims, eligibility, member, enrollment data)
Working knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Office applications required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to communicate (in written and presentation format) to department managers, directors and other IS&T teams your data findings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and write advanced SQL statements
