ONE OF OUR LARGEST ECOMMERCE COMPANIES IN SEATTLE IS HIRING AN HR GENERALIST II TO JOIN THEIR TEAM! THIS ROLE WILL BE HYBRID IN SEATTLE, WITH 3DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE. Description:
Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
Collects and analyzes HR data and then makes recommendations to management.
Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation benefits or company policies.
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision typically reports to a manager.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Majority is project-based work
40% in meetings to discuss project with subject matter experts, game plans, work-back plans
60% executing project work independently
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years’ HR experience and/or program or policy management
Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
Strong written and oral communication skills
Supported entry-level employees and experienced leaders
Worked for larger companies
Understands process and policy
Self-starter, able to work independently, high level of autonomy
