Marination at our Alki Beach location has an opening for a Front of the House crew member for days and evenings. Shifts will be 3-4/week, including weekends. We're looking for a strong customer focused, helpful and energetic employee to provide Everyday Aloha to our customers and each other.
$22-27 average an hour. This is the tipped hourly average.
ORDER TAKERS will have experience in a busy restaurant, possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
An appreciation for our customers and customer service is a must.
You must be able to greet customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
Must honor shift commitments.
Must work quickly under pressure, follow instructions and adapt accordingly.
Lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds of products, supplies and equipment,
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and have a sense of urgency.
Able to stand for long periods of time, make visual inspections, work in a tight, fast paced, warm/hot environment.
Always be friendly, flexible, willing to learn and jump in where needed.
Must be a strong reader, excellent communicator, team oriented and comfortable with technology - email, texting, possess a working cell phone.
After 60 days and working an average of 30 hours/week, Marination pays 80% of the premiums for:

Candidates must have or readily attain a Washington State Food Worker Card and reliable transportation.
