The WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/DELIVERY DRIVER (Mornings) processes orders (pick & pack), delivers to locations, accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized (which includes everything from physically moving product around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all shipping and receiving records).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- EARLY MORNING SHIFT:
Sun- Monday: 3am- 11am; Tuesday: 7am-3pm
- Pulls Mercurys order requests from Roastery/bakery or warehouse stock and loads into company vehicle for delivery.
- Delivers orders to Mercurys locations in a timely matter.
- Maintains warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed.
- Performs routine cleaning and sanitation machines and other related equipment.
- Reports defective equipment to designated maintenance repair service operators.
- Assists with weekly inventory counts and stock levels.
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre & post trip vehicle inspections.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Punctual and reliable
- Must have a valid Drivers License and good driving record
- Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a consistent basis.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
- Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised during the work day.

In this role, you may be on your feet for up to 8-9 hours a day and required to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, squat and twist to perform your duties. This role also requires the ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
