This role requires someone who takes the initiative to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while offering exceptional customer service. With a base salary, aggressive commissions, and the potential to make over $100,000 in your first year, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to build a lucrative career.
Occasional coverage at our Seattle location may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proactively Drive Sales: Take charge of generating business by actively pursuing leads and engaging with homeowners, builders, property managers, and retailers.
-Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and follow-ups to provide customized solutions.
-Seize Opportunities: Use downtime effectively to prospect new leads, follow up with potential clients, and identify innovative ways to grow revenue.
-Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals to maximize commission earnings.
-Product Mastery: Become an expert on our product lineup to educate customers and close deals confidently.
-Multi-Channel Sales: Handle sales across various platforms, including in-store, online, and phone.
-Team Collaboration: Provide occasional support at our Seattle location as needed.
