You would be performing various tasks from rough finish carpentry, drywall, painting, rot/leak detection repair, light electrical, light plumbing, window and door installation, light tiling to name but a few, as well as supervising subcontractors and providing excellent communication and understanding with customers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform a broad range of light remodeling tasks, confidently, without supervision, while maintaining Gaspar's quality and customer service standards.

2. Run multiple jobs at one time.

3. Demonstrate craftsman carpentry skills in high end homes.

4. Develop creative solutions when confronted by unique problems.

Ideal candidate's qualifications include:

1. A strong and thorough understanding of the industry and home systems.

2. MUST have at least 5 years' experience in residential remodeling and 10 years in the trades.

3. Ability to instruct others.

4. An ability to work independently and make decisions.

5. A valid license and a clean driving record.

6. Must have the necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance.

7. Able to pass drug and background check.

8. Basic administrative, computer and arithmetic skills to accurately prepare invoices and track paperwork.

9. Strength, balance, and agility sufficient to work at gutter-level heights, dig postholes, and move around in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.

10. A lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with salesmanship skills

11. Must live within 15 miles of Seattle
