Omni Maintenance Services seeks skilled technicians. Both in Seattle, south King and Pierce County. Must have plumbing, electrical, turnover skills in multi-family and lite commercial maintenance. We manage office buildings, apartments, commercial offices and several unique properties. Marina experience is a plus.
A company van will be provided. You will need to be legally able to drive and pass a background check.
Skilled technicians should have their own basic tools and equipment. We have all other tools/equipment related to our practice areas. $25.00 plus per hour, based on what you bring to our team.
