Repairs: Roofing repairs involve fixing damaged or worn-out areas of a roof. This can include patching leaks, replacing shingles, fixing flashing, and addressing structural issues to ensure the roof remains functional and extends its lifespan.
Cleans: Roof cleaning involves removing debris, moss, algae, and other contaminants that can accumulate on the roof over time. Regular cleaning helps maintain the roof's appearance, prevents damage, and extends its longevity.

Position: Roofing Sales Specialist - Service Department
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess the condition and identify areas needing repairs or cleaning.
Prepare detailed and accurate bids for repair and cleaning projects, ensuring all client needs are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and solutions.
Promote and sell maintenance plans to ensure long-term roof health and customer peace of mind.
Coordinate with the service team to schedule and oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest roofing materials, methods, and technologies to provide the best solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the service department.
Meet expected turnaround times for proposals and follow up promptly on all leads.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in roofing and sales, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and repair techniques.
MUST HAVE Hands-on experience in roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Do not apply if you don’t have more than 10 years of roofing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
