We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Shelton, WA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping students ages 6-22 years old. In this role you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students of all ages and abilities. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially. Responsibilities:

Completes evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth for students in the school setting.

Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP) tailored to each student’s needs and goals.

Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students within the diverse learning program.

Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to meet the students' speech and/or language needs.

Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans.

Communicate regularly with parents, sharing progress updates and providing strategies for continued support at home.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

Washington DOH SLP License/ ESA Certificate

School based experience (preferred)
