Opportunity to lead a new TEAM. Successful and growing Wholesale Distributor looking for a Branch Manager to lead a new branch team in Arlington, WA.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years demonstrated experience and success in:
a. Office Management and Processing – Active Engagement in Direct Customer Service
b. Logistics coordination and management in receiving, taking orders, filling orders, processing, delivery, invoice processing, and finalizing for payment through AR Department
b. Employee team leadership and supervision
c. Success in building an efficient and motivated team of employees
d. Customer Service focused
2. Self-reliant, motivated, team oriented, and have demonstrated leadership skills in office and warehouse operations and logistics.
3. Traits to include understanding and support customer service, be detail focused, safety oriented, dependable, and a good communicator.
4. Be able to work both in office and warehouse at times. Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. of product
Full time position M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm+ with overtime as required to perform all job requirements.
Compensation based upon market and experience, hourly or salary negotiable.
