We’re looking for a dependable, self-starting individual to take over daily operations at our automated car wash in Mount Vernon, WA. This role is ideal for someone who’s mechanically inclined, takes pride in problem-solving, and enjoys working independently with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up trash and maintain general cleanliness of the car wash lot
Empty coin vaults and monitor payment systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the wash (PDQ system experience a plus)
Reset the system and perform light repairs as needed
Handle on-site customer complaints and process refunds professionally
Communicate proactively when issues arise or parts are needed
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanically inclined with basic diagnostic/troubleshooting skills
Reliable, motivated, and able to work with minimal oversight
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Good communication skills and customer service mindset
Flexible schedule availability, especially mornings and weekends
Prior experience with PDQ or LaserWash systems a bonus but not required
