As a State Farm Team Member for Karmin Landry State Farm, you will help our customers with all aspects of their insurance - answering coverage questions, taking payments, assisting with claims, and making policy changes.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text
- Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Updating customer records to record customer interactions and set follow up
- Providing product and quote information to prospects and existing customers
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member
Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
