What You’ll Do as a Bakery Manager:
Prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring top-quality products and excellent customer service.
Mix ingredients, prepare doughs and batters, and bake according to recipes and production schedules.
Decorate, package, and label products for sale.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
Train and support bakery team members to ensure efficiency and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
At least two years of bakery or food production experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A passion for baking and creativity in product development.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
