Now Hiring: Baristas - Weekend Cover Needed
Location: Anacortes, WA
Schedule: Part - time (1 - 2 days on weekends) | 6:30am - 3pm
Pay: $17 / hour plus tips
We’re looking for grounded, dependable people who love to provide great service and bring warmth to every interaction. We’re hiring baristas that are self-motivated, responsible, and eager to grow with us - people who can work independently and are ready to help our coffee bars thrive.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
- Is hands on - with an incredibly strong work ethic!
- Is reliable, grounded, and available to work weekends
- Has a great attitude, shows up on time, and takes ownership
- Learns quickly and works well under minimal supervision
- Is personable and friendly - comfortable talking with customers
- Is comfortable with basic tech (POS, digital menus, etc.)
- Doesn’t mind being on their feet, moving, and staying active
- Is able to perform under pressure or has experience in fast-paced environments
What you’ll do:
- Make and serve great coffee, tea, and cold drinks
- Work the coffee bar with minimal supervision
- Ensure the bar is organized, prepped, and ready for service
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space
- Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful way
- Use a digital point-of-sale system to manage orders and payments
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with the inventory manager to restock as needed

We’re especially open to applicants who bring a calm, steady presence and are looking for meaningful, long-term work. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or working independently is a plus. Barista training will be provided for the right fit.
