Terramar, a craft brewery and distillery, is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing craft bartender to provide excellent customer service experiences to our guests. Bartenders should exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as be knowledgeable and able to educate our guests about Terramar’s spirits, beer, cider, and pizza.
Bartenders will work in the distillery tasting room (Speakeasy) with opportunities to cross train for the brewery tasting room if desired. You are expected to interact with guests and deliver top-notch service in a upscale environment. All employees must have a do-it-all attitude and flexibility in scheduling. - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Required Experience/Skills:
- 1-3 years craft cocktail experience
- A strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Organized, highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Have a creative spirit and willing to work with locally sourced ingredients
- Friendly, positive, confident, professional and engaging attitude
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Cash handling and point of sale reconciliation experience
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
License:
- Valid Driver's License
- MAST Permit
- Food Handlers Card
