The Fairhaven is a small independent restaurant located on the corner of Fairhaven Avenue & Burlington Boulevard in Burlington Washington. Kitchen Lead Line / Line Cook
We are currently looking for a couple new team members who enjoy food & like working in a fast-paced team oriented environment.
Job Requirements:
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness & hygiene in all kitchen areas, equipment & utensils.
- Have or obtain a valid Skagit County food workers' card.
- Physical endurance to stand & move during the length of a shift, able to lift 50# safely.
- Punctual & maintain a positive attitude, cooperating with all serving and kitchen staff.
- Proficiency with using & maintaining a knife in a safe manner.
- Be able to learn, take direction.
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Be able to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Be able to use time efficiently & effectively.
- Participate in setup & breakdown / cleaning of kitchen area.
