Job Title: Bagel Cafe Team Member (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Location: Good Bagels – Anacortes, WA
Compensation: $24-30/hour
Good Bagels, a New York-style bagel shop and cafe in Anacortes, is looking for motivated, positive, and enthusiastic team members to join our crew! No experience is necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate. If you’re excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Be trained across all positions, including cook, barista, and bakery.
Prepare and serve bagel sandwiches, coffee, and other cafe items to our high standards.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and customer areas.
Maintain a focus on sustainability and hospitality in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
Must be able to work early shifts, as our cafe opens at 7am.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different roles throughout the day.
Strong communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
